Grants

Spanish Society of Analytical Chemist (SEQA) gives 10 grants 260 € each one (residents outside Salamanca) and 190 € (residents in Salamanca).

Society for Applied Spectroscopy (SEA) give to its affiliates 5 grants to cover the registration fee. One grant at maximum will be given for each presented communication and two for Senior Researcher. The order of the reception of applications will be considered.

These are the instructions and requirements to apply for it and to be grant holder:

  • Applicants must register to the Workshop previously and pay the registration fee. The Organizing Secretariat will make the refund of this payment if the participant is granted later.
  • A valid credential that justifies that the applicant belongs to this Society must be submitted to the Organizing Secretariat.
  • The communication must be accepted by the Scientific Committee.
  • The applicants must be doing the Doctoral Thesis, research work or Master at any Research Centre and not be member of the permanent staff of the Research Centre or University.

Refund and cancellation policy

Please, take into account that:

  • Before or on May 30th, 2015 registration fees may be refunded, althoug 20% of the registration fees will be charged in concept of cancellation fee.
  • After May 31th, 2015 no registration fees will be refunded
  • No refunds will be made in case of non-attendance to the Workshop.
  • Registrations cancelled with 100% of expenses, will receive the Workshop documentation by mail.
  • Refunds will be made once the Workshop is over.
